Biometric Appointment
What’s Allowed in Your Photo
- Glasses: You can wear them as long as your eyes are fully visible with no glare on the lenses.
- Hair: Wear it up or down—just keep it off your face so the edges of your face are clear.
- Hats or Head Coverings: Allowed if worn daily for religious beliefs or medical reasons. Your full face must remain visible, with no shadows cast on your face.
- Wheelchair: If you use one, place a plain white blanket behind your head to keep your facial features and face edges fully visible.
What’s Not Allowed
- Sunglasses or Tinted Glasses: These aren’t permitted, even if prescription, and even if your eyes are visible.
- Hats or Head Coverings: Not allowed unless worn daily for religious or medical reasons.
- Hands: Must be free of henna or temporary injuries like cuts or cracks. (Note: If we can’t capture high-quality fingerprints due to hand condition, you may need to resubmit biometrics later.)
